Staff was a amazing during my stay. Hurricane Melissa hit and the staff didnt miss a beat. They kept us fed and entertained in such a tragedy for the country. I have nothing but praises for the Riu Palace AQUARELLE in Jamaica what an amazing job they did for the people during the Hurricane and aftermath, enough cant be said I applaud them and recommend this Riu AQUARELLE once everything is back up amd running

Location was perfect. Kenny & Lorraine were great! Anything that I needed was offered. I would definitely recommend staying there. Not far from downtown and all the tourist spots. The Country Store was very convenient.

My husband and I had a great time! So much to love about this place: the lovely treehouse-style accommodations nestled amongst the beautiful foliage, the illusive hummingbirds and tree frogs, the delicious buffet and The Chef's Table dining experience, 7-Mile Beach, the design motif throughout the resort, and the professional and friendly staff. This resort has the perfect set up and has amazing staff. Very friendly, personable, and high energy (thanks keno) especially when it comes to the evening activities. Scuba diving and catamaran tours will leave directly from the resort beach. Super convenient.

The only negative is: The “membership” push is over the top! The marketing team stands in an area and push way too hard. No means no. If you are interested and have an appointment they will and did make you wait… this is a vacation. Who wants to sit around for over an hour waiting? It’s too much!!
