Staff was extremely welcoming and accommodating. Love the mini bar in the room of snacks and beverages, however coffee should be free at minimum. Loved the Infinity pool in the 10th floor, very relaxing.

The OSH hotel is TOP TIER, in my opinion. The staff appear to be genuinely friendly and not just because it's their job. From check in, to checkout the staff provided A1 service, and recommendations. The hotel itself is beautiful with a ground floor pool, as well as a beautiful rooftop pool that was well lit at night, both pools have a bar. The breakfast included option offers a wide range of delicious dishes available at your request or you have the option of a light buffet. Staff members, Lizz, Natalia, Johanna, & Sebastian were AMAZING. Staff- 5⭐️ Food- 5⭐️ Convenience- 5⭐️ Area Around Hotel- 5⭐️ Rooms- 5⭐️ Overall- 5⭐️

My fiance and I stayed at Coralina in March 2018 for one night. They picked us up at our hotel around 9am and we took a 1.5 hour boat ride to the island. The next day the boat left around 3pm. It's a small, beautiful and intimate island. More of a quiet romantic getaway than a party island. We mostly laid in the sun and swam (water is amazing - clear and warm). The staff was great and we made friends with other guests. We kayaked around the island as well. Drinks and food were absolutely delicious. I would highly recommend an overnight or day trip! One small downside - due to it being an ecological reserve (or something to that effect) the toilets aren't as strong as they are in the US.

We stayed at Delirio for 3 nights and it was overall a great experience. The hotel is located in the heart of the walled city which can't be beat. Our room had a view of the street and the clock tower which was spectacular and we spent our siestas people-watching from the balcony. The bathroom was modern and large. Breakfast was included every morning and the entire hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the mattress was very hard. This wouldn't prevent me from staying at the hotel again and I would highly recommend staying here.
