5 stars hotel but the room was dated(very old) could needs a facelift. I have a tower corner room the view not so good, room is very small. The floor was dirty bed is uncomfortable. Onsen and spa not down (not working) did not get to use. Staff very helpful.

The apartment was very clean and in a quiet neighborhood. The bedrooms are in the basement level and felt a bit damp, so we kept the air conditioning running to keep the rooms dry. Also, the living room space had furniture that was not very suitable for 4 or 5 people to use so the area was not very comfortable.

The unit was good for what we needed. The unit had strange scents at times, likely due to the neighborhood or unit appliances. Walls a thin and we could hear the neighbors at times.
