Just basic bland property. Slightly poorly taken care of once past the lobby. Check in was a kiosk staffed by someone in the Philippines. For the price, it did its job…. But definitely better choices out there.

This property is a great place to stay in Nob Hill. The rooms are super clean, the staff is exceptionally friendly and the hotel is laid out very nicely. My biggest complaint is that they had one functioning elevator for the six nights that we stayed. And I was told by other guest that this was a frequent problem. So if you’re planning on staying there, I recommend you ask for a lower floor.

Our room was clean and comfortable, Hotel Riu is well located for everything we wanted to do. The fire pits were a nice touch, and the hotel staff were wonderful. Bag check was very convenient, we stored our bags before and after check in instead of leaving them in our car. Breakfast was really good for an included hotel breakfast. Lots of variety and pretty fresh.

Staff was fantastic -very helpful and friendly and accommodating to pets. I stayed on a weekend and the hotel was bustling with guests to the rooftop and lobby bars.
