Overall, I enjoyed my stay at the resort. The staff throughout the property and the entertainment team were friendly, welcoming, and did a great job creating a fun and enjoyable atmosphere. They were definitely one of the highlights of my trip. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk was disappointing. I requested a room change, but it was never granted because I was expected to keep reminding the staff about my request. I don’t believe guests should have to repeatedly follow up on something that has already been communicated. Better organization and follow-through would have made a big difference. I was also promised a birthday surprise during my stay, but it never happened. Since it had been mentioned in advance, it was disappointing to have it overlooked on what was supposed to be a special occasion. Overall, I had a nice vacation, but the front desk’s lack of follow-through on guest requests and special occasions left room for improvement.

We had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe La Romana! The resort was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. It was a perfect all-inclusive family vacation, and we would definitely come back. Highly recommended!
