Owners were very accommodating. House was very clean. Quantity of beds met expectations. Kitchen is fantastic. Backyard chill space is great. Ample parking! Would have appreciated thicker comforters/sheets for the beds and pull-outs considering the season. Katy bar on the window was a bit loose. If there was a rating between good and excellent, I would have chosen that. I'd rent again.

Property was as described. Rooms were very clean. Lots of shopping nearby.We never took pictures at the house only while we were out. We did one tour of town which we enjoyed. It was very informative.

We stayed in Chattanooga for 60 days. The house was cleaned and ready for our stay. We traveled with our pets, and the fence in the backyard was lovely. I wish the master had a TV. We did buy one for the stay. We had to adjust the original stay, but it was easy. The Wi-Fi was a nice touch, and the kitchen had everything needed to make a nice meal at home. The house is on a quiet street and close to downtown. (Zoo, aquarium, shopping)

very comfortable

We had a mix up with another VRBO the day of our trip, so we really appreciate these owners being so responsive! The house was very nice and clean, and beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was in an older part of town, but we never felt unsafe and even walked our dog often. Great location for visiting Chattanooga, within easy driving distance for anything you want to do.

Stayed for work, 2 weeks

We stayed for construction job in downtown Chattanooga for 2 weeks. The house was as expected for a VRBO. It accommodated our sleeping arrangements. We were working 11 hours a day so we didn't have much time to explore the surroundings.

Short family vacation

We were there on the 4th of July and as much as we like fireworks, we would have preferred the neighbors stopping them well before 1a.m. We know that rental company is not responsible for the neighborhood. House was clean and as described.

Graduation stay

The hosts were great. They had great communication and made sure that we were ok .. My family and I really enjoyed ourselves we were in Chattanooga for our daughter's graduation and prom and everything was great.. we will definitely stay again

My wife got severely ill the day we arrived and we were not able to stay even one night. Contacted the 3rd party representative but no consideration was given for some form of a credit. Too bad.

Great House in Convenient Location

We enjoyed our stay! The house was well kept and the location was convenient to all of the activities that we wanted to do in Chattanooga. The neighborhood is transitional, but we all felt very comfortable. Communication with the property management team was great. They were highly responsive and helpful. Thank you for a great place to rest while visiting Chattanooga!

“Transitioning” neighborhood house

First off I should start by saying the inside of this home was decent. Bare bones, but decent. Upon arriving, we found there was no central security system (it had been taken off the wall in the hallway- no where to be found), the backyard gate was broken, and there were cigarette butts everywhere. I messaged the company through vrbo messaging about these issues as I did not want to be charged for them being missing. The reply was that they would make note of it, not try to remedy the situation. It’s important to know that no security system did not put my mind at ease, as the neighborhood was described as a “transitioning” neighborhood. Please note, it appears to be in the beginning phases of transitioning. All in all, we were in a pinch with a last minute decision to stay in Chattanooga. We loved our trip but did not enjoy the location of this house. Overall rating of 2/5 due to the gate being broken, security system missing, and location/description of neighborhood.

Softball tournament

Our stay was good. House wasn’t clean upon arrival. I did a same day check in. Cleaner came within 5 minutes of me notifying host. No harm no foul. Appreciated the accommodations.
