Welcome to our beautiful homes on Missionary Ridge in Chattanooga, TN!

These two beautiful properties are placed just outside of Chattanooga, TN. Both of these homes are fully stocked with anything you could need whether you are coming to Chattanooga for work or play! Enjoy restaurants and nightlife in downtown Chattanooga (only a 5-mile drive). These homes are centrally located within minutes of all your outdoor adventures, sightseeing, and city activities! Less than 5 miles from Chattanooga Riverfront and 7 miles from Ruby Falls. Whether you are coming here to explore the city, on a business trip (7 miles from the airport), visiting universities, or coming to enjoy all the area attractions, this home is conveniently located.

Each home can sleep up to 10 guests with a total sleeping capacity of 20 guests between the two homes.

PLEASE NOTE: No more than 4 vehicles may be parked at both properties overnight, and they must be parked in the garage.

Tennis tournament

Tennis players and coaches had a nice weekend in Chattanooga. Homes were perfect for our large group. Everything was as advertised. Would definitely stay again. Kids loved the pool and ping pong.

Nice place, deceptive price.

Good place and location. Host has hidden fees. Though the place can host 20, they charge extra for each person over 4. They also charged extra for the hot tub (though we didn’t use it). Also, when I message them about having more than 2 people with us, the host original said we booked to apartments instead of homes which also worried us until we got there. We just wanted a place for our family to stay together instead of 3 hotel rooms. Hotel rooms would have been much easier to deal with.

Friends getaway

We had 5 couples there for the weekend. We attended a concert at the caverns. These 2 houses were great for us being able to hang all together. Everything was as described and communication was decent. The 4 stars were due to in both washers there were left wet bath towels when we arrived which we did not notice till next day. The first night we realized That there was cold air blowing into the rooms upstairs. We had messaged them what we need to do after trying to figure it out on our own. Hours after their response of we will get right back to you we did more searching and found a thermostat behind the bunk beds which we had to push out to get to. We did not hear back from them til 12 hours later.

Great area nice property

The property was nice and clean driving distance to ruby falls was not to far. The only issue we had was we rented both houses and the code that was provided to on of houses was wrong but the owner answered the phone and give the correct code quickly. So overall it was great experience

Awesome!

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Owner was attentive to all questions and communicated quickly. The location was convenient to lots of Chattanooga attractions. Renting both homes for a large group was perfect. Highly recommend this place!

Bachelor Party

We had 13 grown men stay the weekend and we had bed’s to spare. We really enjoyed the pool tables and ping pong tables in the garages. There were no issues at all with the amenities. If I have another large group trip I would definitely stay here again.

School trip

Our school took a group of juniors and seniors for a night. The houses worked out great! One house was for the guys (chaperone included) and the other house was for the girls (chaperones included). I’ve heard nothing but good things from the group and we are already talking about booking it again. It’s close to everything and walking distance to a great bbq place or so I’m told. Thank you for hosting our group and for being so fast to respond to all of my questions.

Family from FL in town for wedding

Property was great for my large family Easy check in & out, house looked like the photos. Upstairs has jack and Jill( own toilet and shared shower/tub) it’s listed as 1 bathroom upstairs but this was a nice surprise. Both properties have their own game room downstairs which was nice for the ones that like to stay up late. There is stairs to get into the house -We booked both properties and commuted from each one by the back so we didn’t have to go up the stairs so many times. House rules were no shoes inside but there was no rugs by any of the doors or even bathrooms so with the rainy weather we had we didn’t want to leave our shoes outside but the garage got very slippery and had a couple falls. Bathrooms needed a rug at least by the shower-towels were used for this to step on but we were only provided one towel per guest so we found this was a bit of an issue especially with there not any additional towels to use the hot tub. We were provided a washer and dryer with laundry detergent so we made it work. House was clean (some dust on blinds and windows and some trash around hot tub ) but overall pretty clean. Kitchen is advertised as fully stocked I would say it is the bare minimum of kitchen items but we didn’t need to use too much. We definitely needed to buy water and ice as the water is not drinkable, no water filter and no ice in freezer. Overall it was a good stay just a couple little things that could be tweaked! Thank you and we would definitely stay again.
