With direct access to the slopes and a large terrace with jacuzzi, this exceptional flat sleeps 8 comfortably. It has 3 bedrooms, including one for children with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms and a large living room with a total surface area of 120 m².

The large open-plan living room, with its cathedral ceiling, is spacious and bright thanks to its large picture windows with views of the surrounding mountains. A wood-burning stove warms the room and the atmosphere.

After a day in the mountains, you can relax in the outdoor jacuzzi, with views of the slopes and valley.

The View is one of the only residences in Châtel with direct access to the slopes and close proximity to the village centre. All you have to do is put on your skis at the foot of the residence to reach the first ski lifts. To get to the centre and all the activities, restaurants, bars and shops, you can take the side paths or the road on foot. The free shuttle bus stop is just 100 metres from the residence. So you can enjoy your stay without needing your car!

This recently built residence has a contemporary design, combining modernity with Alpine charm. The interiors, designed by a professional decorator, are a perfect blend of contemporary décor and mountain ambience.

Très beau logement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce logement très propre, grand et fonctionnel pour 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Nous aurons tout de même quelques remarques quant à 3 points : - l’accès à l’appartement à pied est très compliqué et pas très pratique…. - l’accès au garage est lui aussi très particulier, par un ascenseur qui lorsque vous en sortez, vous êtes directement dans un virage d’où les dimensions données mais tout de même, au vu des véhicules d’aujourd’hui, on se demande à quoi pensait l’architecte. De plus, il n’y a pas de places en extérieur pour combler cette aléa non négligeable. - le local à ski un peu petit pour un appartement pour 8 personnes… tout le matériel à du mal à rentrer. Enfin, mais indépendamment du propriétaire, malheureusement, par manque de neige, l’accès en ski pour le départ et l’arrivée se faisait dans la boue car il y a un escalier peu pratique et que sur une petite partie. C’est vraiment dommage pour le véhicule et les accès, car sinon, la situation et le logement sont vraiment top.

Très belle semaine à Châtel

Très bel appartement, très confortable avec tout l’équipement nécessaire. Le jacuzzi en fin de journée est vraiment un must. L’emplacement est également idéal à trois à quatre minutes de marche du centre du village (sur les pentes enneigées...). Le seul bémol est l’accès parking avec un ascenseur dont il est vraiment difficile de sortir (BMW X3). Mais encore une fois… très belle semaine !
