Completed in 2017 and built using the finest materials from our region, the luxury Mont-Royal residence combines modern comfort with Savoyard tradition to blend in perfectly with the resort's architectural and tourist landscape.
The building, which looks like a large Alpine chalet, is located around 350 metres from the village centre, just a few minutes' walk from the shops and restaurants. The nearest ski lifts are around 700 metres away. You can choose between the Super-Châtel cable car in the centre or the Vonnes chairlift up the road to Switzerland. The stop for the free shuttle bus is at the bottom of the residence.
Close to Lac de Vonnes, you'll enjoy family walks around the frozen lake in winter and its enchanting scenery. In summer, the residence offers magnificent views over the lush green valley, and there are just as many activities nearby.
Flat A104 is user-friendly, with its kitchen opening onto the living room, and very well equipped. It sleeps 6 comfortably, with 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a total surface area of 74 m².
The living room faces the large bay window, so you can admire the scenery without getting off the sofa! This space also opens onto a large terrace with outdoor furniture, inviting you to relax.

Lovely apartment, super location.
Unlike most ski accommodation this is really spacious and modern. Great location, easy strolling distance from the centre of Châtel. Highly recommend.
