The Lion d'Or is a former family hotel that was completely renovated in 2017 and converted into luxury flats.
Flat 12 is a duplex apartment that can comfortably accommodate ten people, thanks to its four bedrooms, three bathrooms and 112 m² of floor space. The majestic living room is spacious, has a fireplace and opens onto the kitchen and dining area. The upstairs has a TV area with sofa and two further bedrooms.
The flat has a large west-facing balcony with exceptional views of the village, church and valley.
The residence is nestled in the heart of the village of Châtel, just opposite the church: you couldn't ask for a more central location! Everything is within walking distance in just a few minutes: the Super-Châtel ski lifts, shops, restaurants and bars, bowling alley and the "Forme d'O" aquatic centre, which is open all year round.
If you want to get to the Linga and Pré La Joux ski areas, the bus stop is just opposite the residence. So you can enjoy your stay without needing your car!

Great Ski weekend
The apartment is exactly as it looks and right in the centre of Chatel. It is a 5 minute walk to the superchatel lift and opposite the main bus stop which links you to Avoriaz ski area. The office is a 10 minute walk from the apartment and they were helpful both before the trip and at check-in.

Wonderful, large, clean apartment
Beautiful, bright and large apartment. The situation within Chatel is perfect on the main street but very quiet and with a gorgeous view on the surrounding mountains. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Prettig huis
Heel prettig verblijf gehad in het prachtige, ruime en nette huis.
Er was wat onduidelijkheid over of het bedlinnen en handdoeken wel of niet inbegrepen waren.
Overall een super week gehad. We zouden het huis zeker aanraden!
