This well-equipped flat comfortably sleeps 8 people with its 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and beautiful living area totalling 85m².

The large, open-plan living area with its fully-equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge on one side is flooded with light thanks to the large terrace offering magnificent views over the valley.

Wooden furniture, an old leather sofa and meticulous alpine decoration give this property character and a warm atmosphere.

The "L'O Rouge" residence is ideally located, close to the centre but away from the noise and traffic. It offers high-standing, modern properties. Its recent construction, using top-quality materials, combines aesthetics with energy efficiency.

You'll be less than 10 minutes' walk from the village centre, shops, restaurants and bars, as well as the Super-Châtel ski lifts and ski schools. A bus stop for the free shuttle bus is 60 metres from the entrance to the residence. It provides access to the village centre and other ski areas, including Linga and Barbossine.
