Château Tour is ideally located for those looking for a balanced stay between outdoor relaxation and exploring the city. Very close to the Balsan'éo aquatic center and the sports and leisure shooting center. On the ground floor (one step to access the common areas) apartment completely renovated.
A large entrance with storage and an office, living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge, a bedroom (a double bed 160x200 cm) with a 19th century ceiling decorated with gold leaf with its private bathroom and a separate toilet.
Outside a private parking space in front of the apartment in the Balsan park. The all-inclusive rate includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and bins), heating and electricity with reasonable and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gîte is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
