The 120 m2 garden level offers 3 en-suite bedrooms with contemporary shower rooms and WCs, a kitchen, a large living room and a garden planted with trees (with its own gate and entrance),

Amazing property with pool and games

Everyone loved the stay, the outdoor area with the garden, pool and pétanque area were huge hits. The kitchen was recently equipped and the AC in the rooms was a life saver. My only negative is the Wi-Fi, very slow and very limited in range making it hard to do zoom calls (I know you're supposed to relax in vacation but sometimes you need to take the important ones). Would recommend 100%

Dejligt og funktionelt hus. Skøn stor terrasse med flot udsigt og et dejligt poolområde. Med to teenagebørn havde vi også stor fornøjelse af petanquebanen. Der ligger en rigtig god bager 5-10 min gang fra huset.

Great stay at a great place!

We (2 adults, 4 girls aged 8 to 11) enjoyed our stay a lot. The house is spacious and the garden/pool area even better than expected from the pictures. With sun from the morning through late afternoon, it was warm enought for the kids to spend a lot of time in the pool even though it was late October (and the pool is heated, too!) and to use the (shaded) patio extensively. The outside area also features a boule/pétanque field, a roofed patio with darts and table football and a gas-fuelled barbecue. The three bathrooms and all other rooms were very clean and well equipped. The house is beautifully located in a very silent area high above Châteauneuf-Grasse with magnificent views which alone are worth the trip. On the flip side of the house's beautiful location, both the ascent to the house (up to 15% incline) and access to the driveway can be a bit demanding with a larger car if you lack the respective driving experience. We managed but it was challenging (we arrived in a 9-seats rental bus, admittedly, which is probably the largest type of car that works). If you are looking for a quiet place for your holidays, this should be perfect from spring through autumn!

Het huis is perfect! Alles is aanwezig en werkt naar behoren. Alle kamers hebben een eigen douche.

top locatie, bakker onder aan de berg, supermarkt dichtbij. zwembad is heerlijk en goed onderhouden. prachtig uitzicht op Grasse en Cannes vanaf terras. de moeite waard en we komen graag nog een keer terug!

We had an amazing week here, enjoyed the area which is perfect for road biking and the house which exceeded our expectations massively. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious both outside and indoors, everything functions well, the pool is huge. We could go on - nothing but positive words.

Erholung mit Aussicht

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche. Das Haus ist, der Pool und die Aussicht einfach toll. Sehr gute Standort für Ausflüge nach Nizza, Cannes, Grasse. Die Küche ist etwas klein, auch der Geschirrspüler für ein derart großes Haus für 8 Personen viel zu klein. Das große Schlafzimmer riecht leider stark nach Feuchtigkeit. Sehr schwierig empfanden wir, dass Dora und ihr Mann ( die Haushälter der Anlage) kein Englisch sprechen und wir kein Französisch. Ansonsten perfekt.
