Very nice property, loved my stay. Host even left us a bottle of wine for our anniversary. Only negative was there was a 1500 deposit required that wasn't mentioned anywhere (as far as I can tell) until I went to make the second payment, whoch was not a great surprise.

Great place

Our stay was fantastic. The property owners were so kind and very accommodating. The whole place was clean, kitchen was ready for cooking, and the backyard was very relaxing. Such a nice neighborhood as well. Definitely would recommend!

Absolutely wonderful weekend cottage stay!

The hosts did a fantastic job and had all of the needed amenities and everything was very clean and organized. It is a private cottage behind their main house but it is like you have your own place which we really needed for the weekend! She even went above and beyond and provided a bottle of wine along with a variety of keurig coffee flavors which were really good. She also provided some snacks too! We loved the Christmas decor which really helped us get into the Christmas spirit! She thought of all of the details. We stayed for 2 nights and had a peaceful and relaxing weekend. I would definitely recommend to someone who needs a little getaway or for a small family with a child. There were some games as well, monopoly, candyland etc. Beautiful backyard too. It feels like you are in the country but only minutes away from whatever you may need.

Girls Getaway Weekend

We had a fabulous stay at the Rustic Cottage! The cottage was clean, cozy and superbly furnished. We especially enjoyed all of the outdoor and indoor seating options and used them all. The host thought of every detail, and they were very responsive to our questions. We will definitely stay there again if we’re back in the area!

Ladies weekend trip for baby shower

The property was just great! Very spacious living area and great interior and exterior. We enjoyed both the back outdoor dining table and the comfortable front porch. Beautiful neighborhood to walk in and a great location! We would definitely come back and can’t say enough about how perfect a getaway it was!

Great Wknd

My son and I were visiting the area for a LAX tournament. We played golf at Mooresville Golf Club the evening of our arrival and course was in good shape, had nice golf carts, practice facilities, pro shop, beverages and a restaurant. The cabin’s location was central for where we needed to go while in town, and I felt like it was a great choice instead of staying in one of the ltd service hotels in the area. The hosts were very helpful and quickly replied to booking, etc. The cabin had everything we needed, including coffee cups, which were tasty.

Excellent Cottage Barm Stay

The property was as described and a delight to stay in. The inside was much larger than appeared with plenty of space for lounging, cooking, and eating in the cabin. The owner went the extra mile providing all the necessities along with coffee and even a bottle of wine. The outside of the property had a large back yard including fire pit and games. I would highly recommend anyone to stay in the property. Everything was very neat and clean. Even though tucked behind the main house, the area was very quiet and back yard made it feel you had the place all to yourself. The property was close to things to go near Lake Norman including the King Canary bar complete with music and food truck for Friday night entertainment.

Roomy Rustic Country Cottage

The Cottage

The property was exactly as described. We had no issues, the cottage was very clean and had everything needed for a stay. We found it to be very relaxing and enjoyed seeing the deer in the backyard. We will definitely stay again the next time we are in the area.

Lovely Property

We truly enjoyed our stay. The property is located in a wonderful neighbor. Awesome restaurants are in close proximity. We highly recommend Caruso's in Mooresville. We had a little mishap upon arrival, but owners fixed the issue immediately and were very gracious. I highly recommend this property.

Quick trip to visit our son

This property was amazing!! It was in a very nice neighborhood and the owners were very nice. It had everything we needed for our weekend stay. The beds were very comfy. The water pressure in the shower was fabulous and the kitchen was stocked with just about everything you need to cook a nice dinner. I can't say one bad thing about this place. Wonderful place with amazing views and a great vibe

The whole experience was great! Check in was easy. We got there and immediately knew we picked the right place. Everything about it was perfect. Front and back sitting areas with great views. Inside the house looks like something from HGTV and you can really tell that thought was put into the design. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything you need to cook as well as several small appliances we were surprised to see. They really made it convenient. The beds were comfortable and all of the furniture was very nice. The bathroom had plenty of space to get ready. The whole house was extremely clean and ready for us. Not a single complaint. Would 100% stay again.
