If the person making the reservation will not be staying at the home, make sure to let us know. In this case, the account of the guests staying in the Home should be added to the reservation as an "additional guest." UNLISTED GUESTS—Your reservation details must include all adult overnight guests. Each additional unlisted guest will incur a $100 fee per night and any other costs associated with remediating the situation. Enjoyed this property. Very well appointed with everything you could need. Excellent location…walk to grocery, restaurants and Dunkin. Very clean as well..like new. Only improvement would be more comfortable couch and chair for those of us staying awhile that like to lounge in front of the TV!

The perfect respite
I arrived to find a meticulously clean one bedroom in a perfect location. The amenities in every room have been carefully thought out so that nothing has been overlooked: well-equipped kitchen, comfy living room and bedroom, full supply of fluffy towels, and a spacious walk-in closet. Coffee on the outdoor balcony to watch the sunrise was an added benefit! The apartment is convenient to the neighboring towns of Huntersville and Davidson, as well as the Harris Teeter and shops only a very short walk away. The host kept in touch before and after, and was kind enough to arrange the return of an item I left behind. Highly recommeded.
