The rental management software the use isn’t intuitive. You pay through Expedia. Then you get an email to put you cc in again for fees “like a hotel” and upload a picture of your id. Still not sure how to check in by this point. Then you get another email that has instructions not specific to this location and you keypad code is just thrown in the email in the sentence after they wrong instructions. It’s just a number floating in the email. Your parents will not figure this out. Also no hand soap in the bathroom!? Just some soaps for the shower. Please put hand soap in your bathrooms. Other than that, place was clean, had a few snacks in there. Once more annoyance, the windows are painted shut so you can’t let the breeze in. Sure use the AC. well that thing barely put out any air. Stuff room. This place is picture friendly but not hotel friendly. 2 stars

Easy access to town. Beautiful walkable quiet upscale neighborhood. Great communication with property management regarding checkin procedures Great dining within a few miles. Clean nice apartment with kitchen and laundry Does require walkup to second floy Highly recommend
