Brand new studio apartment adjacent to the main house. Enjoy a full kitchen, spacious tile and a quite room with stunning 180 degree views of Lake Norman! we require $150.00 for pet fee
The space
The Eagle's Nest is a newly built studio apartment located above a garage. The space is completely separated from the main house with it's own entry, kitchen, bathroom bedroom/living room. This cozy retreat offers great views of Lake Norman from it's second floor perch. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony, or a meal on the covered dock. Whether it's a romantic getaway weekend, second honeymoon or a lake vacation for two, the Eagles Nest will provide a clean and cozy landing place.
Guest access
Guest parking is in the front of the house in the space directly in front of the garage door. Please park as close to the door and as far to the left of the driveway as possible. The stairs to the Eagle's Nest are to the right of the garage. The door has a keypad locking mechanism.4
Other things to note
Guests have use of the dock and boat slip. There are several companies on Lake Norman that rent pontoon boats and jet skis. Jet Ski Rentals at Lake Norman will drop-off the boat to the dock and pick it up when you are finished with it. Guests have found this to be a very convenient service. www.jetskirentalsatlakenorman.com or call 704-547-4009.2
Dogs that are over 10-15 pounds are not allowed.
