This was my first VRBO stay and it was a great experience. The house was right on the water with a dock which everyone loved especially the kids. They loved using the kayaks!!! The house was set up to cook which was great. We cooked lunch and dinner. The house was big and our family had a great weekend!!! The host was very friendly and easy to communicate with!!

FAMILY VACATION AT 113 TINKER PLACE

OVERALL OUR STAY AT TINKER PLACE WAS GREAT!The property was clean and spacious. We did not lack for anything. There are a couple of things I would like to submit foryour consideration and the safety of future guest.My husband is 76 years old, safety bars in one or all the showers would be helpful. A very simple handrail by thestairs going down to the dock would have also been helpful. The shower stall floor in the queen bedroom on the main floor is very slippery when wet. A safety bar would be of help getting in and out of the shower.Overall, our stay was great, and we would not hesitate to stay there again. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR HOME

The perfect family reunion

This property was perfect for a family reunion. The house was large enough to accommodate five couples. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware so we were able to cook large meals. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck after meals just relaxing and spending our time together. A few of us enjoyed kayaking on the lake while others spend some time playing pool or ping pong. In summary the house was very clean and supplied with the necessities and the location was perfect.

wonderful spot

Even though it was rainy most days, we had a wonderful time. The house was SO BIG we had plenty of room to spread out. It was stocked with all the basic and then some. Thanks so much for the opportunity to stay in such a beautiful place. Couldn't have asked for a more perfect set up for my family.

Fabulous lake getaway for a large group

This is a fantastic house for a large group and still allows for plenty of personal space. The kitchen had EVERYTHING you could think of and has multiples of most items. Full spice rack. Perfect for cooking Christmas dinner. Tons of towels, 2 laundry rooms, and the "starter set" had enough TP and trash bags for our 5 night stay. Host replied immediately to my questions. Highly recommend!

Something for everyone

We had a blast, the views , the amenities , was a perfect week long getaway. The deer were everywhere, lake swims, evening marshmallows from the fire pit. Would highly recommend for a large family. Everyone was entertained and tons of personal space. Home layout is very good and just seems to be endless Great place to bring a boat or jetskis although there are enough kayaks and padle boatds for 6.(bring life jackets if you bring younger kods)

Great place!

The pictures don't even begin to tell you how beautiful this place is. My family and i had a GREAT time here. It was too cold to actually swim in the lake but we did put our feet in. We got to see deer up close as well. We brought additional cooking items such as crock pot and blender but everything was literally there i needed. The Walmart/ Publix is about 25 minutes away if you're looking to get grocery after your arrival. Overall we had an amazing stay from the amount of space to the amenities and the view. The host communicated everything that we needed and made this trip as comfortable as possible. AMAZING!

Top Notch Host!

Joanne went above and beyond in making sure the house would be prepared for our stay. We were worried that we weren’t going to be able to make our stay because of a bad storm that had went through the area a few days prior that left fallen trees and no power. Joanne started clean up immediately and even cleaned the house without power, all so we could still plan on coming for our stay! Thankfully the energy company was able to restore power the evening before and we had the best time! Joanne also left us snacks, water and wine! Can’t wait to book with her again in the future!

Great House

The house was in very good condition overall. The kitchen was very large and suited our large group of 11 adults and 3 children. The furniture was in very good shape and very comfortable. There were numerous televisions and they were quite large. The beds were also very comfortable. The dock was a nice bonus for a boat we rented from a local marina. The neighborhood is very quite and on a dead end street so not a lot of traffic. The cove was also very secluded and allowed us to swim without worry of boating traffic. Overall we were very pleased with our stay. There really was only one negative of sorts and it was that one bedroom did not have a door, instead it was a curtain and that subtracted from the privacy. Other than that, this house was very pleasing and worth the price. The owner was easily accessible as well and very helpful. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation

This property was perfect for our family of 16! It is so spacious and the kids loved the game rooms. The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking supplies you need. We brought a deck boat, pontoon and two jet skis and had plenty of room at the dock and boat ramp was about 10 minutes away. Joanne’s special touches with welcome baskets shows how much she cares about welcoming all families. We would definitely stay at this house again. Thank you for a great week!

Perfect Spot for a family reunion

Our host, was very responsive and to any questions before and during our stay. This is the perfect spot for a family to come together and enjoy the lake and each other. Spacious areas gave way to fun yard games, the great dock held hours of entertainment and the spacious interior allowed people to find a quiet space when needed or us all to be together when we wanted to be. We will definitely be booking again.

Great Host-Great House

The owner is great to work with and very communicative as we had a couple questions prior to our stay. Check in process was a breeze and the attention to details as far as having a few spare toiletries in the bathrooms were a nice and welcoming touch. The house is better than the pictures can show. Bedrooms were all spacious and it has more than enough bathrooms. It sits in a great cove where the kids could swim and we didn’t need to worry about traffic. Paddle boards and kayaks are at the dock as well. Great slip for your boat and it even has a jet ski dock if you need it. We would definitely stay here again!

Lake house getaway

Great house. Clean, spacious, and had everything we needed. Joanne and husband was very helpful anytime I called her. Great place for kids to play in water with kayaking which they provided. Roomy home for family reunion

Although we had rainy weather, we really enjoyed our stay. The roominess and many games in the home were very enjoyable and having two refrigerators was very handy. We would definitely go back!
