QUIET COVE WITH EASY ACCESS TO LAKE NORMAN AND CATAWBA RIVER
Whether you prefer hitting the sandbar on Lake Norman, or teaching your group to waterski on the Catawba's less populated waters, Knot Working provides easy access to both. Located at the northern most point of Lake Norman, the quiet, low traffic cove offers the perfect spot for fishing, swimming, or kayaking, with quick access to all the amenities the lake has to offer.

KITCHEN & LIVING AREA
Lake views from two oversized sliding glass doors set the stage for memorable gatherings. Sink into the comfortable sofa with ample seating for your whole group, gather on the screened in porch for games night, or enjoy movie nights on the 65” Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen invites the group chef to create culinary delights, complete with modern appliances and plenty of space for everyone to join in; spacious enough to enjoy each meal together at the dining room table that seats 8.

COZY SLEEPING & LOUNGING FLOOR
The lower level has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, providing a comfortable and tranquil space for rest and relaxation. Each bedroom features a 42” smart TV with the ability to login to all of your favorite streaming services. Open the blackout curtains after a restful night's sleep for stunning lake views from each bedroom.

The expansive primary bedroom features a king bed and large closet along with an en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom boasts a queen over queen bunk bed making the space flexible enough to sleep your whole group.

The third bedroom features a plush king bed.

LOCATION
Knot Working is the perfect mix of quiet retreat and accessibility to all Lake Norman has to offer whether you're traveling by boat or car. Waterside Dock and Grill is just across the river by boat, featuring plenty of public slips available for boat parking. Just outside the cove, you will find a popular sandbar lounge spot accessible by boat or kayak.

Just 10 minutes from Food Lion, Dollar General, and plenty of gas stations to pick up bait for fishing, you're sure to find whatever you're looking for within a short drive.

Downtown Troutman is only a 15 minute drive with plenty of dining options for the whole family, as well as Bottles & Taps @ The Old Pharmacy should you prefer a night out.

Lake Norman State Park is a quick 15 minute drive and features hiking trails, biking trails, and swimming.

Pet Fee is $150 + tax/cc processing per pet.

SECURITY: For your safety, property is secured with two always-on cameras: (1) exterior Ring Doorbell camera and (1) exterior security camera on the back porch facing the dock. Please do not obscure or tamper with cameras.

From first contact we had helpful, concise communication. Easy to find and keyless entry a snap. Spacious and well equipped kitchen. We spent a long weekend and really appreciated the starter supplies available for guests. Great views from all rooms. The quiet surrounding was really welcoming. We had opportunity to use the hot tub, fire pit, and SUP boards; as well as the washer/dryer, dishwasher, and the TV in the great room. REALLY appreciated having our grand dogs welcomed to the property, which allowed our kids to relax snd enjoy themselves. Lively screened porch was a hit along with the rocking chairs!! We had it all and so conveniently located to the Balloon Fest and quick visit to Davidson! Exceeded expectations! Thank you!!

We had a fantastic time at this vacation rental. The property is packed with amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable and enjoyable. From the fully equipped kitchen and spacious living/dining area to the washer, dryer, and air conditioning, everything we needed was at our fingertips. The hot tub was a major bonus and we loved having a barbecue grill for some outdoor meals with a lake view. One of the biggest highlights for us was that the property was pet friendly. It's not always easy to find a place that welcomes our fur babies, but this one did-and even better, it had plenty of space and a safe environment for them to enjoy. The location was awesome. All in all, a perfect getaway spot with everything you need for a relaxing and fun stay. Our awesome host, Colleen, was extremely helpful providing answers (in a timely manner) to every question we had while preparing for our trip.

My boyfriend and I did a brief staycation here and absolutely loved it! It is pet friendly so we were able to bring the dogs and enjoy the lake. It’s also close to a few hiking trails around the lake which was perfect for us. The porch seating options were perfect for relaxing or working from home while checking out the view. Hosts were very communicative as we were getting ready for our trip.

Absolutely beautiful property with beds so comfy, I started mattress shopping when I got home! Super clean. We always cook a good deal on vacations, and the kitchen truly was well outfitted. Plenty of counter space, and even convenient touches- K cups, and a real coffee maker, extra dog bowls, just in case. A table that truly seats the whole family... We had a wonderful, relaxing time- remarkable considering we were here to check out UNC Charlotte for our twins.

One of the best

My family and I have stayed at many rentals over the last two decades. I have to say this ranks at the top. The things provided, appliances, spices, towels for the hot tub, dinnerware, everything was top-notch. It was a gorgeous setting and perfect weather. A Special Place

My fiancee and I were looking forward to this trip for months and unfortunately Hurricane Milton impacted us to the point we were not sure if we were going to be able to go. Kelly, the host, was so understanding and accommodating in her communication it put our minds at ease after a very stressful 72 hours. We rushed around and were able to put our house back together and fly out a day later than originally scheduled. We have stayed here before and knew once we got there it was going to be the perfect setting we needed to decompress. The house is immaculate, the scenery is beautiful, and if you are looking for a lake house with a perfect environment do not pass on this one! I actually proposed to my now fiancee the morning of our last day...Lake Norman has always been very meaningful for us, now this property is one we will never forget and we can't wait to go back! We had a fabulous weekend at this beautiful lakefront property on Lake Norman for a family wedding. We loved the view, the hot tub, the screened porch and the two king sized bedrooms! Perfect Getaway!

My wife and I were traveling through North Carolina and found this gem to stay for one night. It was the perfect place for us, and we wish we could have stayed longer! The property was very clean with an amazing lakefront setting. The check in process was seamless and Kelly, the host, was great with communication. Long weekend with family.

We were looking for a long weekend to relax before a busy summer. This house was perfect! It was so comfortable. Along with my 13 year old twins, we had my parents with us. WiFi was available, but we spent the whole weekend playing board games and cards (surprising with teenagers) on the screened in patio. The lake is beautiful and the owner is so thoughtful. They had everything you needed available. We are already planning on returning.

My friends and I found your house a great place to relax from our busy lives. The house was very clean, and well stocked, the bed’s quite comfortable, and your outdoor spaces inviting. The dock was probably what we enjoyed the most.
