This comfortable and modern spot is the perfect stay for a family or for several friends! With a gorgeously appointed living/dining area, huge kitchen, and 3 spacious bedrooms, each with their own TV, you'll have plenty of room to spread out and relax. Located right off of Lake Norman, close to many boat rental locations, lake recreation and golf destinations, you won’t be lacking for any outdoor fun! If you’re coming with a boat, take advantage of the 1 car garage for extra parking space! It’s a short drive to shopping and restaurants! The community also has an Outdoor Pool! It’s the perfect place to relax and enjoy the lake area.

Note for accessibilty, all bedrooms are on the second floor in this home.

Great location with amenities

Family was here for a lacrosse tournament. Our first time in Terrell and Mooresville. Location had plenty of access to Lake Norman as well as places to eat. We would definitely book this property again if we were visiting the area.
