Two adult couples - plenty of room, space on front porch and back patio to relax. Nice quiet neighborhood with very close access to trails for running and walking, close to everything you could need - shopping, restaurants, golfing, groceries. Could use a little refresh, but no problems and had everything needed - easy in and out

Friendly neighborhood, spacious house and fenced in back yard and a garage! Close to Charlotte but in a more rural setting. Easy access to Greenways and enjoyed the golfing at the nearby Birkdale Golf Course.

Thanksgiving in Cornelius

The location is great! Traffic can be difficult but you have to choose the time of day to go through town. The house worked for me although it would be great to have additional kitchen items; non-stick pans, electric can opener-items that don't cost alot but makes for a better offering. The dining room chairs also need replacing as if you sit in the two cloth chairs, you sink almost through them! Other than that, things were great! I enjoyed my time in NC!

Great stay!

This house was perfect! Very spacious! We loved having the neighborhood pool. The owner was very prompt with communication. We had an issue with the smoke alarms and he came out within hours to fix it. The neighborhood is very nice, pretty, and safe. It was also only about 25-30 min from Charlotte.

Lovely house and neighborhood

The house was very big and extremely homey. We really enjoyed the neighborhood too. The people were friendly and the community pool was great. Home is close to everything - dining, shopping, etc. Owner is very responsive to all needs and request. We hated to leave! Would definitely recommend. 2nd Year Stay

Eli's rental property works really well for us during our monthly stay in the Charlotte area in April. This was our 2nd year staying here with our golden retriever and we had a great time. Eli is very responsive to any questions you may have and the home is in a great location with parks, shopping, bike riding and golf nearby. Highly recommended.

Convenient to Everything!

You can’t go wrong with this property starting with the owner. Eli is always available and aims to please. The house is in a great neighborhood with sidewalks for walking a pet and quiet neighbors. The home itself is spacious, and flooded with natural light during the day. The fenced-in yard and access to the garage are added perks! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend.

Cornelius, NC 3-4 bedroom home

The house was very nice and we had an excellent stay for the entire month of April. The neighborhood was great and walking distance to one of the greenway trails. The Birkdale golf course was 2 miles away and we found several great 20-30 mile road bike rides right from the home. Our dog loved the small fenced in back yard and having access to the detached garage was very nice for parking the car and storing bikes and golf clubs. Eli was very responsive and great to work with. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice, clean, convenient and well managed home

This is a nice 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a TV room upstairs. It locates in very good neighborhood and super convenient. We had wonderful stay. We are supposed to checkout 10 am today. Since my kid was unexpectedly given later tee time, the owner/Eli allowed us to checkout at later time. Eli offered us true support. We greatly appreciate! Looking forward to coming back again.

The house was great, as was the neighborhood and the location. Very easy to get to grocery and our daughter's and son's homes. The neighborhood was wonderful for waking the dog. We would definitely stay here again!

I have rented so many VRBO's around the world but Eli has been the best host ever... he is extremely nice and helpful. He is very responsive and willing to help with every issue. Transition Stay

We needed a place to stay prior to closing on our new home. The rental was great. It was very clean and well appointed for all of our needs. We had a small problem with the TV and the owner was very quick to respond to fix the issue. (Probably due to operator error...). It was fun to explore Cornelius and the surrounding area from this rental. Very quiet neighborhood.
