The elevator wasn't working. It happens. From the door to the stairwell, we seen 4 roaches Nov 7th 2025. We were drivi g to Florida, it was our half way point. No one was concerned. They were like...Huh? Bugs? Ok. We requested a refund. Cant be done till the 10th with the manager be ause i rented 3rd party. Fine. Then i call expedia. "They allowed" me half my money with no penalties. Geez, thanks, i lost half because you have roaches and i won't except that?! The place was shady, creepy people hanging in the lot. Drug addict looking people in the hall. No thanks. Never book another Comfort Inn in my life time. Dont book

There was only one person working the front desk, I had problem with TV and she was only to fix it! The elevators were out so had to use stairs and I just had open heart surgery! Hotel old and smelled musty and no desk chair at the desk in room! The clerk was very attentive!
