This 2411 square foot townhome is the perfect group gathering spot for families, friends, or business trips. From the moment you enter the front door, we’ve thoughtfully curated each room and space. Let’s go through them in detail!

ENTRY WAY
Enter on the first floor. Immediately to your left you'll find a converted garage (game room!) and straight ahead you'll find one of the 4 ensuite bedrooms. More on each of those soon - you'll want to head up the stairs to the main living space, where you'll find amenities galore!

MAIN LIVING AREA
The open concept main floor includes the large kitchen, glorious living room hangout space with large flat screen tv, dining room, and access to the back patio where you'll find the private hot tub!

KITCHEN
Our fully stocked chef's kitchen has quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, garbage disposal, and all the bells and whistles for you to cook at home — if you want. We’ve got the salt and pepper, olive oil, and pots and pans for meals at home — or go explore Charlotte or get delivery from one of our many incredible restaurants here.

COFFEE & TEA
You ever go to an rental or hotel and wake up only to find there’s NO COFFEE? Not here. We’ve got your coffee, creamer, sugar, and tea. Be our guest! There are many fab spots in the home to enjoy that precious first sip in the morning. Choose between keurig k-cups or a whole pot of coffee. We also like choices.

LIVING ROOM
The gorgeous living room sits right off the kitchen and features a large leather sectional. Put your feet up and watch a movie or your favorite shows on the 65” Samsung SmartTV. We have logged you into our Netflix in case you don't have your own. You'll also find a selection of games in this room if game night is more your speed.

DINING ROOM
Thinking of entertaining or eating as a family during your stay? We've got you covered! The dining table overlooks the large private backyard and has seating for 6. We have a small selection of placemats if you want to set the table for a special ocassion. (Or ditch the placemats and use the large table as your home office with a view if you prefer it over the downstairs desk and dedicated workspace.)

BACK PATIO
The back deck has a 4 person hot tub! (Note: The hot tub is always on and ready for your use between the hours of 8am and 10pm.) On this back patio, you'll also find a set of 4 chairs for outdoor catchups with great views of the expansive, private, fenced-in yard. Plus — one of my favorite and unexpected things about this property is the incredible birdsong you'll hear almost year-round. It's why we've named it the Birdsong Bungalow! Turn on the jets, lie back, close your eyes, and listen to the birds sing - you've discovered paradise in Charlotte!

THIRD FLOOR
Take the stairs up to the third floor, where you'll find the bedrooms nicely separated from the rest of the living space. Ready to retire early or send the kids to bed? No problem. Night owls can stay up for low-key hangouts past 10pm (quiet hours effective after 10pm to 8am).

PRIMARY BEDROOM
The third floor primary bedroom has a king sized bed for glorious sleeping. You'll find plenty of pillows, luxurious linens, and a comfortable mattress for a good night's sleep. For those who like to fall asleep to the sound of a TV humming in the background, or just like watching shows from bed, you'll find 65” Samsung TV loaded with all the apps for your in-bed viewing pleasure. This room packs a punch, offering a huge walk-in closet, and a luxury ensuite bathroom with double vanities and walk-in shower. It's nice. (We provide the shampoo, conditioner, and body wash.)

LAUNDRY
The third floor hallway has a washer and dryer for your use. We provide detergent.

TWIN BEDROOM
On the third floor, just as you're headed up to the fourth and final floor, there is also a spacious room with two twins, perfect for the kids or your single friends. This room also has an ensuite bathroom with shower and tub combination. Plenty of pillows and great linens in here, too!

QUEEN BEDROOM
On the top floor, you'll find a private queen bedroom with ensuite bathroom (shower and tub combination). This floor has its own thermostat; set the temperature to favorite for sleeping, and when you're ready to go to bed, pull the luxurious velvet blackout curtains closed. We also have a dresser and closet for clothing storage. There is also a TV in this bedroom for watching your favorite shows from bed. NOTE: This bedroom on the top floor does not have a door. The rooftop deck is also accessible from this room.

FIRST FLOOR TWIN BEDROOM
Headed back downstairs, on the first floor, there is another double twin room. It also has an ensuite bathroom (shower and tub combination). You'll also find a desk and ergonomic chair in this space, if someone from your group needs to get some work or studying done.

MAIN FLOOR GARAGE GAME ROOM
The converted garage is a game room! Enjoy foosball, air hockey, and darts! We've provided a space heater for chilly winter days. This is the perfect space for teenagers, husbands, kids, and friends -- and and great excuse for everyone to get off their phones!

The entire home is yours! Be a good neighbor and enjoy. Note that this property is wonderful for spending time with friends and family, but there is a strict no parties policy we insist on.

You'll also love the neighborhood. Optimist Park is close to all Uptown has to offer. You are surrounded by neighborhood gems including Bird Pizzeria, Optimist Hall, Rosie''s Coffee & Wine Garden, Birdsong Brewing and many many more! A wonderful blend of peace and tranquility and proximity to the best Charlotte has to offer.

We recommend a car to enjoy all Charlotte has to offer but it’s not necessary. Uber, Lyft are abundant - and you can walk to local shops and restaurants.

NO PETS
No pets are currently allowed at this property. Please do not bring them. Unauthorized pets will be charged $200.

NO SMOKING.
This is a no smoking property. Smoking will result in a $350 charge.

CANCELLATIONS
The cancellation policy applies to all bookings. An additional $150 cancellation fee will be charged to cover credit card processing and admin fees on all cancellations.

RENTER'S AGREEMENT
A signed renter's agreement is required for all reservations, as well as a picture of a government-issued photo ID and a picture of your credit card used to book showing only the last 4 digits and your name. This is to prevent credit card fraud and is meant to protect you as the renter and us as hosts.

DEPOSIT
We require a $300 deposit for each reservation, which will be processed 3 days before your arrival. As long as there is no unexpected damage to the home, deposits are automatically refunded in full in 7 days.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood; however, there is a train track about 6 blocks away. On occasion, you may hear the sound of trains going by.
