The guest bedroom features a queen bed as well. Bringing a furry friend, our private dog park is perfect for them to run around in while you sit outside on our back patio.

This place was exactly what we were looking for in a quick weekend getaway. It was spotless, well-stocked with everything we could have needed, and only a short 10-minute drive to restaurants, shopping, and stores. The style and décor were perfect, the bedding was very comfortable. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I’ve already saved this listing for future trips to Charlotte and will definitely be recommending it to friends.

Surprise Engagement Party

Booked the condo for our daughter’s surprise engagement party, the location was close to her house and the party address. Our son and his wife were with us. Hits: location. Walkable to dinner spot and close to many bars and restaurants. Condo was clean and attractive. Perfect for what we needed. Misses: there is not enough comfortable seating in the living area for 4 adults. The condo could use another chair. The listing specifies coffee maker, but does not say it’s a Nespresso. That would’ve been helpful to know ahead of time - brought ground coffee and filters, but alas no drip coffee maker! Be aware that the walls are thin - could easily hear the people in the next-door condo. And the upstairs floor is very creaky.

Unit was clean, beds were comfy, parking spot outside door. Neighborhood is walkable and a park down the street. The outside area was good for the dog but the yard was not mowed. A nice place to stay while visiting family in NoDa area.

Great location close to many breweries. Living area not arranged very well. Would be difficult to sit guest. Floors are also creaky.
