Perfect for our family of 4

We stayed for three nights as a family of four (two kids, 7 and 4) and it was perfect for us. Close enough to walk downtown for shopping and dining. We didn’t even need a stroller or wagon. We drove to Petoskey, Traverse City and checked out multiple beaches. We didn’t spend too much time at the condo since we’re usually out but it was enough space for us to sleep and enjoy a small breakfast. I also appreciated the umbrellas, extra beach towels and other little touches. If we’re ever back in Charlevoix, we would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful place. The place is as described online. It was very clean, close to downtown and the beach. As for the host, Evamarie, she is great! Proactive and very responsive. I am very happy about our stay. We love going to Charlevoix every summer and try fifferrbt place and this one did not disappoint. Will go back again.

This location is a amazing. I was in the area for an extended weekend and you could very easily go an entire trip without needing your car. The property itself is very cute and well maintained and decorated. The host is also very generous and I found many complimentary items waiting for me upon my arrival. Located just across the bridge, this property is in a perfect location. Everything was very new and clean and the property owner was very generous with coffee, tea, and other beverages. Perfect size for couples. It's a little tight if you need to use pull out couch but doable. Had a great time.
