Our cozy cottage nestled along the shores of Lake Michigan offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths on 2 levels. The upper level has 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath, a well equipped kitchen, dining area, and cozy living room with a spectacular view. The lower level features a spacious walkout with a family room, a full bath and bedroom.
The home is situated in a quiet neighborhood, a short walk to Mt. McSauba Beach and sand dunes. Downtown Charlevoix is an easy distance and offers shopping, restaurants, bars, entertainment, marina and splash pad.

Whether your vibe is to relax and unwind around the campfire watching beautiful sunsets over Lake Michigan, or a more adventurous vibe, you will find plenty to do.
From exploring the many parks and beaches Charlevoix has to offer, to kayaking, biking, and hiking, you will never run out of adventures. While you are exploring make sure to check out Boyne City, Petoskey, Bay Harbor and Harbor Springs.
