clean bedding and comfortable beds. Appreciate too that in order to get the heat comfortable downstairs, it would boil you out upstairs but the window units upstairs kept it mostly cooler and comfortable. We were familiar with the location and had we had more time, the neighborhood is really perfect for eating out, breakfast spots, coffee and being close to King Street as well as a short drive to Folly. There were a lot of lights out and broken while we were there and a bathroom faucet barely holding on in 1 of the 2 bathrooms, but hopefully management will get those fixed promptly. We never found a working light in the kitchen other than the range hood. The kitchen table area was absolutely DARK and the over head light flickered so we could't use it. We chose to eat outside in our winter coats as it was a pretty morning and the porch was a much better option than the dark table seating area. anyone renting should know that both bathrooms are on the first floor and 2 of the 3 bedrooms are upstairs . Which means, if anyone in your group goes to the bathroom at night, worse, multiple times a night, they are walking downstairs to do so. And for the 78 year olds in our group, that was a bit sketchy at night. Just be aware. With a younger group, this would have been totally fine. Appreciated management helping last minute to make sure the parking space was available for us as the listing said there was parking. Hopefully the parking spot always comes with this unit.

Was as advertised. Communication was great. Had some hiccups with the hot water in the upstairs shower. It would get hot but go cold before the end of the shower . Since there was only three of us we used the downstairs shower. Great location and clean!

The location, the aesthetics and the location were amazing! We walked to everything, and had a blast touring College of Charleston, and feeling like a local in downtown. Holey Bagels was a delightful discovery, and very close. It stays pretty noisy through the night, but they provided fans to make for noise machines. We did have the fire department called on us while we were sleeping. Some passerby called 911 and said they could smell gas leaking, but everything checked out alright and we went back to bed.I will say that the only issue was the pillows on the downstairs bed. Very lumpy, and led to a crick in the neck for a few days... but that's about it. Oh, I'd also replace the shower curtain.

Lovely little apartment! Everything you need is within walking distance. Beautiful little courtyard, porch and patio. So much Charleston charm. Only two negatives: Parking is always a sticky situation in and around Charleston, but the parking at The Inns is a problem (only 1 per unit). Public parking is inconvenient and expensive. Also, we had to run the hot water for a full 45 minutes upstairs before it heated up enough to shower. I would love to come back and try one of the other suites.

House was a good location to access local entertainment. Easily supported 6 people to stay. Clean and had all necessary amenities. Only concern during stay was the WiFi capabilities and slowness - cellular WiFi can be slow frequently creating issues with streaming or working on site. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Wonderful place in Charleston!

This was the perfect place for me to stay, everything was perfect and the location was right in the middle of things, easy walking distance. When I did not want to walk, I had no issues getting an Uber wherever I wanted to go, plus I also had my own parking space. There is even a small convenience store 1/2 block away and plenty of places to eat.There is everything you need in the kitchen, a washer/dryer, no key access, A/C, and it is in such a great neighborhood. The instructions for check-in and check-out were clear and easy to follow. I will be checking for availability here next time I visit!

Charming Home Just off Kings St

We loved this historic home just blocks off Kings St. Lots of Oohs and Ahhs upon checking in. It had 2 outdoor setting areas as well. Inside was charming and cozy. Check-in was easy and parking right there. We parked the cars and walked or, when wore out, uber back. Communication with the owner was perfect, quick response and very polite. Highly recommend The Inns. We regret that we hadn't planned on staying longer to enjoy this lovely home.

Very pleased with our stay

We only stayed for two nights here at this property, however it was a very lovely experience when we did! The place was clean, comfortable, and just like the description. We had everything we needed for the stay and the location was great; we were able to walk to just about anywhere we had wanted to go and felt safe while doing so. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to visit Charleston!

Great location. Beautiful rental. Unfortunately when we arrived they had trash and linens all over the front porch, since cleaning service was still there. Not the best first impression. Parking was a pain. They changed our spot several times prior to arriving, and when it was "stolen" the new location was very inconvenient. But management was very responsive.

Great house and location!!

This house and location were perfect! We had a group of 5 ladies and the house had plenty of room for us. We were able to walk everywhere with plenty of shopping and restaurants close by. The house also had a nice outdoor area which we enjoyed at the end of each day. I will definitely stay here again!
