The house is located Spring St. just steps away from all of the bars and restaurants Charleston has to offer.
You will be able to walk to most places on the peninsula. Uber and Taxis are available as well. 20 minutes drive to Folly Beach, 5 minutes to Mt. Pleasant, 15 minutes to Sullivan's island, 20 minutes to the airport, and 25 minutes to Isle of Palms!

Cozy stay in close proximity to the historic district
This was a great option for a large group like ours as we had both the first and second floor units. Both units are identical with fully stocked kitchen utensils, washer and dryer units. Both units have been recently renovated. The property is well maintained (although we did noticed a few few areas in the bathtub where the paint has chipped).
The check-in process was very clearly explained and the the property manager was very responsive to our queries.
This property is about a 10 minute drive to the historic district.
We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property.

The house was great for us. We had a family group of 9 and were very comfortable for the weekend. The house is freshly updated, cute and very clean. We were also able to easily walk to a couple different coffee shops and restaurants. Great wkd for us, thank you!
