Mountain Momma's Homestead Cottage

A quaint studio guest house located in one of the many hollers of West Virginia. This cozy house is located less than 1 mile from I64. West Virginia is filled with tons of outdoor activities like white water rafting, boating, fishing, Museums, the capitol, and much more. This guest house is roughly 300 sq. feet, centrally located between Charleston, New River Gorge, and Huntington. This guest house is equip with an outdoor space that includes a firepit and grill. It is located close to the main living quarters, but it is disconnected. The main living quarters do have dogs that are well behaved and quiet. If there are any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out.
The cottage is air-conditioned and features a separate bedroom. Other standard amenities include a sofa bed, a microwave, and a refrigerator.

The property was easy to find and very convenient to retail and restaurants. Everything was very clean. Bed was comfortable and all the amenities ( towels, shampoo, coffee, etc) were nice quality. Super quiet. Host was available and friendly. Highly recommend. Much better choice than nearby hotels.

We appreciated the cleanliness of the property. It was located in a quiet area but close to where we were going - the Blenko Festival of Glass in Milton. It was only about a 10 minute so very convenient!

The place was very quaint and cute and serve its purpose well. The only recommendation I would leave is either getting a plastic cover for the mattress or a new mattress as it was quite stained. I only knew that because I stripped the bed down when I leave so they it’s easier for them to wash the linens.

We were in town for a baseball tournament. This was the perfect place/location couldn’t have been better! The only recommendation I would make is curb appeal. There were weeds in the flower beds and in cracks in the sidewalk

The hosts were very responsive, unit was clean, and the three days I was there, I didnt even notice anyone was living next door. They ensured my privacy, yet were very responsive to my requests. I highly recommend this place, if I am in the area again, ill definitely be renting again.
