The Space:
This home pairs historic charm with modern amenities. The first floor offers an open kitchen & living room area, opening directly to the private deck & pool. The pool fountain lends the sound of falling water all through the home. Property is instantly calming & a joy to spend time.

Great place!

Impeccably clean. The linens smelled so fresh. Quite possibly the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Proper pillows and blankets- nothing like IKEA specials so many rentals have. The layout was TIGHT- with three adults we were squeezed in the common area. The outside seating area is not great. We would have loved a couch to lounge on, given we spent most of the time outside. Chairs are hard and uncomfortable. Also the chlorine in pool is INSANE. Do not get your hair wet. A pair of blue shorts was blown in and left unnoticed for a few hours. The chlorine bleached them white.Air conditioning was much too high at night- cranking 65 degrees. I needed blankets and was shivering each time I got out of the shower.Location is perfect. We walked to everything. I would absolutely stay again.

The best part of this stay is the communication with the management company. They are SUPER responsive and very helpful! Pool was nice addition for the evenings after you have done everything for the day. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Home!

Fabulous home in Charleston - a beautiful and updated residence with a fun pool for cooling off. The house is situated in an excellent neighborhood for walking, and numerous restaurants are within walking distance. I enjoyed the nearby bagel shops and walking the dog while looking at lovely historic homes.

Cute little place

The home was immaculate! Stayed for a week with family and enjoyed the ease of walking to all the restaurants and shopping. All positive and agree with all the others about parking. Just use the on street parking passes as it is very difficult to park in designated spots by house. Truly enjoyed sitting by the pool with coffee each day and a glass of wine at night! Such an added bonus.

Mom’s 90th!

Perfect for our needs- spacious, clean, quiet and great location. Being from up north, we loved the pool and enjoying the outdoor space in the evening. Sadly, the motion lights took away from the relaxed vibe. That would be the only suggestion to change!

Unique property 3 bedrooms and baths with pool. Comfortable beds and baths. Tiny living room with uncomfortable sofa. Pool was heated but not enough for 45 degree nights and 65 degree days. 20 minute Uber ride to the main sites. Probably best for family with teens.

Great for Bachelorette!

It was perfection for six women! 2 people per bathroom is hard to find. It was so cute, decorated adorably, and had a great set up for lounging and hanging out. Hosts were ontop of their communication game. I never had to contact them because what they emailed had all the information necessary for our stay!! Book this location if you get a chance!!

A great house, close to many places, whether walking or driving. The house was very clean, easy check in, plenty of places to eat and shop. Although the weather was on the chilly side, the pool was still put to use. We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you! 😊

Nice property but…

Overall it was a nice property but needs a few little updates. 1-The house is very tight. Much smaller than the pictures make it look. 2-The family room has outdoor pool furniture for seating. For a house of this price that needs to be upgraded. 3-Downstairs bedroom bathroom is tiny. You literally have to walk sideways. Also, there is zero space to put your luggage and clothing so everything has to be on the floor. There is a small pipe in the corner to hang a few items of clothing. The house was very clean and check in was super easy. Management was very responsive.

Cute Little House

The townhome was a perfect stay for our Charleston getaway. Communication with the owner was a breeze. Even when we had a couple small issues, they responded immediately. I’d say the hardest part was parking. It’s a small lot that only allows for compact cars. After realizing our minivan wasn’t going to fit well, the owner left us street parking passes. With a cottage feel, it’s the perfect place for a family or even 3 couples could easily stay since each bedroom has its own attached full bath. Very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay! Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful house in an amazing location

The house is lovely, and very clean. The location is perfect. There are wonderful bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. Management is very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay there again. If you park on the street, make sure to have both days parking passes on the dash before you go to bed. They come very early in the morning to check for passes.

Wonderful stay

We had a very pleasant stay at this place with our family of 4 (kids are 2 and 4). It’s a very clean and cute house and all amenities were there. Communication with owner was very smooth and gave very good recommendations too. The pool is small, but was really perfect for us as a family and it was a huge advantage for us to have a house with a private pool AND stay at a central location in Charleston. Only ‘minor’ disadvantage is that you’ll hear some noise from people at Friday and Saturday nights after the bars are closing. During other weeknights the area is very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely recommend this house.
