This spacious 1000 sq ft has 1 bedroom 1 bath apartment, and is located on the first floor of a historic home built in 1835. The house, located 6 blocks from the Market, 1 block from the gorgeous renovated Gaillard, and1 block from Marion Square, and is within walking distance to many restaurants, bars, and colleges. This is an amazing location!!!!
The unit has is a gourmet chef’s dream kitchen stainless steel appliances (double oven, 6burner, grill, halogen heating lamps), fridge, dishwasher, microwave, gas central heat/air, washer/dryer, original heart pine floors throughout and water is included, side piazza and back sun porch, and small backyard.

2 parking passes available with unit, and additional parking available around corner
