Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Great property! Each bedroom has its own bathroom which makes a huge difference. Loved the location. Easy walk to King Street with great shopping and restaurants. Easy check in and out.

Ladies Getaway

This property was perfect for our group of 9 ladies. We loved having a restroom in each bedroom. The social space was enough for all of us to mingle. The communication with our Host was always super helpful and informative! The location was nice and easy to Uber over to King, the French Quarter, and Sullivan's Island. We will definitely be saving this property for later visits to Charleston.

issues with fruit flies and non working electrical outlets

We were disappointed that fruitflies were throughout the condo when we arrived. Management set trap but the fruitflies were in our food, refrigerator, bathrooms and bedrooms for the duration of our stay, five days. The fruitflies also flew into our faces and made it an unpleasant stay. In addition, there were several issues with the electrical outlets. No tv, no use of lamps nor outlets in the bedrooms . Electricians were there multiple times even while we were not there. This was not only an inconvenience but we were uncomfortable with many strangers coming into the condo. We stayed on Ashley...top floor, back house. We were hoping for some reimbursement or to be moved on the first night. We received a basket of snacks from management. Overall, it was not what we had hoped for.
