Welcome to our charming F2 located on the ground floor, ideal for visiting Belgium, Luxembourg, Metz and Verdun, world center of peace. The Museum of Beer and Dolls in Stenay. The basilica of Avioth, the fort of Fermont and Douaumont war 39 44, the citadel of Montmédy, the Gaumait museum in Virton and many others Our apartment offers a comfortable setting and is equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. Parking is right outside. For your relaxation, our apartment is equipped with a TV and a hard drive with a selection of movies and books available. Our kitchen is equipped to allow you to prepare your meals independently, with a fridge, induction hob, microwave, small oven, filter coffee maker, toaster and kettle.

Our apartment has a comfortable double bed and bathtub for you to rest after a busy day. We have ensured that the apartment is as well appointed as possible for your comfort and well-being. It is not a holiday apartment, but a property rented more than 20 days a month by a business clientele looking for the best value for money. Therefore, tenants must be autonomous. Our rental is offered at the lowest rate, so we are not able to provide the services of a hotel 30 to 50% more expensive without the possibility of making food. We do not provide Wifi. However you can connect the TV to your mobile phone and use Alexia. However, we make every effort to offer you a comfortable and pleasant stay. We are sure that this will not be an obstacle to it.

Niet aan te raden.

Communicatie met verhuurder was niet spontaan, we moesten zelf contact opnemen imv het inchecken. Berichten waren sec en niet erg vriendelijk. De studio doet denken aan een studentenkot met dito sfeer: stofwolken onder het bed, resten chocola op het nachtkastje. Vettige keukenkasten, microgolfoven onbruikbaar door de stank die eruit komt, waterkoker nooit ontkalkt, de ontsteker van het gasfornuis werkt niet, er waren ook geen lucifers, dus gasfornuis onbruikbaar. Er was wel een plaat waarop je met 1 pot/pan elektrisch kon 'koken'. In de frigo vonden we restanten van vorige huurders. De diepvries bevatte een schaaltje bloederig weet-ik-veel-wat. Geen stop in de gootsteen, ook geen afwasteil dus afwassen onder stromend water. Het vuilbakje in de badkamer was niet leeggemaakt. Geen (toeristische) informatie. Nog vergeten kledij in de kleerkast. Gemeenschappelijk zwembad?? Niet gevonden.
