Quando fui fazer check-in com minha esposa e minha filha, para minha surpresa, não havia acomodação disponível para três pessoas, ou seja, o hotel tinha respondido que a reserva estava concretizada para três pessoas, o que não foi cumprido, e o pior, nem as funcionárias do dia sabiam. O café da manhã muito fraco, pouca variedade. Garagem horrível, difícil de estacionar. Precisava de várias manobras para não enroscar nos pilares e paredes.

Falta de empatia, diferente de muitos hotéis em que me hóspede. Café da manhã modesto. Mesas do café com sinais de uso da noite anterior. Pia com vazamento. Tv que só pega os piores canais e sem aplicativos. Não se pode acessar youtube, neflix, nada. Péssimo custo benefício.

A entrada da garagem é difícil e perigosa pois está numa Av.de auto trafego. Recepcionistas mau treinadas não fornece as informações basicas.Ex senha do Wi-Fi por escrito,se tem restaurante, academia,piscina, as camas são muito estreitas,o box é minusculo e ainda para piorar tem uma prateleira na parede errada.O hotel é muito silencioso e o café da manha é muito bom
