The house is perfect fit for the discerning snow bird or digital nomad. Located on Lake Chapala, in the neighborhood of Riberas del Pilar, Jalisco in a quiet street.

The gated community of 9 villas is access controlled, secure. Fiber optic internet, contemporary furniture and full set of appliances compliment this villa built in 2022. En suit bathroom and walk through closet for the master bedroom. Guest bath room next to guest bedroom. Outside patio for chilling and barbecue. Community pool with viewing deck overlooking Lake Chapala. Talavera table with 4 chairs on viewing deck. Two dedicated folding loungers for our guests at the pool. Work desk and Dell 27" 4k monitor provided.
