They charged for a third person. But the room was not ready for three. A futon they promised for the third person never came. Towels and other basic toiletries were prepared for only two. So we asked for it at the front desk. But they didnโ€™t bother to bring us any of those. When we were checking out the next day, we mentioned this to the staff. She said we shouldโ€™ve let them know again as if it was our fault to begin with. Overall nice place to stay. Clean. New condo building. Closed to shops and restaurants. Donโ€™t pay for an extra guest if you have any. Lack of communications. No signs or instructions on how to use the AC and the heated floor controller which heat up the whole room on its own. Donโ€™t expect any service from the staff. They said we could park our car on the street when their parking lot was full but we saw cars getting towed as soon as we got out of the hotel.
