Le studio est lumineux orienté sud. Mais il n’est pas bien adapté pour les personnes d’un certain âge : la douche est un simple bac et il n’y a pas de barres d’appui . Il n’y a pas de seiche-cheveux. L'immeuble dispose d’un ascenseur.
