The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, in Chamrousse, this charming apartment with ski resort accessible on foot, of a surface of 35 m ÂČ and being able to accomodate until 4 travelers. Located on the 5th floor (with elevator), it is composed of a nice living room of 20 mÂČ, an equipped kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom (with shower). We are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 20 mÂČ with TV, double sofa bed and dining area
- A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, microwave oven, cooking plates...
- A bedroom with two single beds
- A bathroom with shower and toilet

Outside :
- A balcony of 8 x 1.5m, facing south west, on which the living room and the bedroom overlook. A table is available in the closet of the living room to enjoy a meal outside.

The apartment is ideally located in Chamrousse, in a very pleasant environment, 50 meters from the chairlifts. You will be close to all the essential shops but also to boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

Activities :
Winter : skiing, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing
Summer : hiking, via ferrata, trail, biking, bike-park, accrobranche, horseback riding, paragliding, tennis, spa, water ski lift, paddle rental, escape-game...

Appartement trÚs bien situé avec un superbe panorama sur Grenoble.Mis à part cela, l'appartement est un peu vieillot et à besoin d'une remise à neuf surtout au niveau de l'installation électrique (prises de courant insuffisantes et point lumineux à repenser)

Mais l’appartement Ă©tant au dernier Ă©tage il n’y a personne au dessus ce qui limite le bruit et la vue est magnifique. AccĂšs sur les pistes directement ski aux pieds.
