Hotel had an excellent location next to ski slopes. Also had a good choice of restaurants to go to. Evenings had pubs to attend and fine dining at Helen restaurant was nice. Staff was pleasant. Some areas to improve would be that the ski check to leave skis was full on a non holiday weekend so should have more space for guests to leave skis overnight. Also room service was not available . That is surprising for a 4.5 star property. We were however able to get fresh towels upon request. Parking is crowded and valet is expensive. Rooms were large and bathrooms were small. Nice views from rooms overlooking the slopes.

The room was nice. Clean. Bathroom was relatively updated. The hotel gave off a rustic feeling. It’s an older hotel, but was in decent shape. Hot tubs were pretty small and the areas were pretty worn down… they could definitely use some updating. It was our first time there. We would probably go back.

The staff at this resort are wonderful, all around. You are welcomed by kind, friendly people at all aspects of this hotel. The property itself is a bit dated, but the mountain is great for skiing.

We stayed at the Seven Springs, PA location. The hotel was clean, convenient to the slopes and the staff was helpful along the way. Special recognition while eating at Slopes Restaurant our waitress, Kayla, was super helpful to us and others!

Great atmosphere with crowds of positive people! Room was spacious and clean. I could tell the room/hotel has been taken care over time. Staff was awesome and hospitable! I will return but will make sure I have a better view out room window.

the room and slopside restaurant were wonderful. The hotel was not prepared for the crowd and it was utter chaos at checkout time. No carts were available forcing me to pay a bellhop or haul all my luggage myself. Parking was horrible
