Sunridge P6 has five steps in, is multi-level, offers internet access, and is

not pet-friendly. This unit is rated deluxe and sleeps six. Fourteen steps up

from the entry foyer, you'll find the living room featuring a flat-screen TV,

a queen sleep sofa, and a gas fireplace. There is a fully functional kitchen,

and the dining table seats six. The bedroom offers a queen bed, a flat-screen

TV, and a full bath. Upstairs, you'll find the loft bedroom with two single

beds, a TV, and a full bath. The small viewing deck provides a grand view of

Seven Springs Mountain Resort's beautiful wooded landscape. There is no gas

grill available for guest use. This unit is ski-in/ski-out with on-trail

access, weather permitting.



Sunridge is conveniently located on the mountain in the Villages community.

Parking is guaranteed for one car per unit, possibly two cars depending on

location. However, there is plenty of overflow parking available on site

within the communities.



All homes include whole house air conditioning, washer/dryer (laundry

detergent not included), iron/ironing board, expanded cable in the living

room, dishwasher (detergent provided), bed/bath linens (shampoo not

included) and a fully functional kitchen. Also included are paper towels,

trash bags and toilet tissue.



During the summer months, this unit has access to the tennis/basketball courts

and community pools. In addition, all condo guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs (reservations required).



_**(NOTE : Not all Villages homes allow community pool access to rental

guests.)**_ However, all resort condo rental guests are welcome to utilize the

resort's main indoor/outdoor pools. During the winter months, select condo

rentals in various communities are ski-in/ski-out _**(WEATHER PERMITTING)**_.

All communities offer shuttle service year-round to the main resort.
