RidgeStone Nest..

Everything is new in this 750sq ft two bedroom apartment located 4 miles from skiing, hiking, rafting and relaxing. This is the bottom floor of our Mtn House, great for small groups...it is Dog Friendly..you may have guests staying upstairs, entrance is separate, no shared spaces..... There is no quiet time during ski season.I will not honor refunds for upstairs noise..NO split weekends, must book 3 nights for MLK and Presidents weekend. Road is private and can get icy/snow covered..SUV needed.
The space
basement apartment..you can reserve this two bedroom apartment with the cottage house for an additional nightly fee..if not you will get noise from main house..limiting to 2 guests when upper house is full..no cats

access is through lower level patio door..to the 2 bedroom apartment..the "nest"..the upper house is the "cottage"..3
Other things to note
There is an additional charge of $25.00 for a pet..this covers cleaning. All linens used must be placed in laundry room, all garbage needs to be bagged and placed in the dumpster at the top of Rocky Ridge..all dishes must be washed...there is no dish washer..no cats
