Hay 3 dormitorios en el segundo nivel, dos de ellos son maestros y el tercero tiene un baño en el pasillo. El loft de nivel superior es el lugar perfecto para que sus hijos u otros huéspedes se queden con 3 juegos de literas y medio baño, así como un televisor.

El nivel principal está dividido y tiene una cocina totalmente equipada que tiene todo lo que necesita para preparar una comida gourmet para su familia. Hay una barra de desayuno, así como una mesa de comedor completa.

¡Hay una parrilla exterior que se puede usar para asar hamburguesas, filetes o lo que se te ocurra!

Fuera de la entrada del condominio hay un medio baño, así como un estudio que puede funcionar como un cuarto dormitorio. El estudio tiene una chimenea sellada y un sofá cama. Hay mucho espacio para que la gente descanse.

La sala familiar de nivel inferior tiene una sección masiva que es ideal para pasar el rato y jugar juegos o mirar televisión. Tenemos un gran televisor LED montado en la pared con un complemento completo de canales de cable en HD. Justo afuera, hay una gran terraza para usar en verano con una bañera de hidromasaje con capacidad para hasta 6 personas.

¿Necesitas lavar la ropa? Nuestro condominio viene con una gran lavadora y secadora para su uso.

Clean, comfortable, nice hot tub.

Only thing is it would have been nice to know that the upstairs bedroom is only accessible using a VERY narrow spiral staircase. We were a group of "older" ladies, and a few of them would have been unable to climb those stairs. Otherwise, very nice.

I took my family here for thanksgiving weekend and couldn’t be more pleased with this beautiful property. This lovely home was everything and more . Plenty of space for all 11 of us . Would highly recommend spending time in this well appointed townhouse .

Spacious home with a hot tub and plenty of beds. The shuttle came often and picked you up right in front of the building. Also, the owner was fast and responsive with questions. We would definitely come back!

Family and Friends perfect getaway!

This was the perfect place to relax and gather with our kids from DC and in college with a free friends. We played games and had great options from the house, they loved the big hot tub and everyone slept great. The shuttle device was perfect for those who wanted to come back mid day from skiing for a rest. Overall great place. We’ll be back!!!

Winter vacay

We had an amazing time! We were up Seven Springs in the Summer for mini getaway with kids. They wanted to come back in the winter to ski. This trip and given they are on virtual school at this time it even helped out when we got the ice storm Monday night that we did!! And I was extremely appreciative of being able to get another day because we were not only snow/iced in; we lost our lid to our luggage rack!🤦🏼‍♀️😫 We searched for it but that storm definitely took it!! But we definitely loved our stay and we will be back!! Thank Gordon!!

Nice townhouse

This was a last minute rental. Very close to 7 Springs. All appliances worked like they should. Condo association shoveled the walkway and plowed when it snowed. The house is in need of a renovation. Furniture and and bathrooms were dated. If I had more time to book, I could have been on the mountain in a updated place for the same price. All in all it served the purpose of eating and sleeping. Hot tub was great!

Winter Retreat

Beautiful house. Plenty of space and the kitchen had all your cooking needs. The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day on the slopes. We will definitely rent this property again.

Fantastic Ski Weekend

Perfect for big family get together

best place for our family getaway!

This place was SO perfect. really 4 bedrooms, 2 with king sized beds, one with 2 full beds, and then the top floor with 3 sets of bunk beds. 2 living rooms, AWESOME hot tub, best I've been in in a while. We went with our family of 4(kids 7 and 10) and our friends( family of , kids, 11, 14, 14) and had a great time. It was all very clean, it took 5 minutes to get to seven springs. Gordon was very responsive by text/phone and a pleasure to work with. Would def rent this place again!

Very nice stay

Everything was as advertised. Location was perfect and townhouse was clean and well appointed. I would have appreciated a few more paper products stocked, but the rental agreement did prepare us. Gas fireplace did not work, but owner was very responsive. They also sent home our little one’s stuffed animal that was tragically left behind, which we are very grateful for!

Great weekend in PA

One of my favorite weekends in the year is when we meet up with friends and ski together. This year we stayed at Gordon's house and it was perfect for our three families. Everything was as expected and we had a great time. The frequency and reliability of the shuttle allowed our large group to come and go to the slopes as they wanted to. Just a great stay and weekend! Everything we needed for a great vacation!

My daughter turned eighteen over the Presidents Day weekend and wanted to have a ski celebration. We were so fortunate to have found this property. Eleven teenagers and five adults were able to co-exist for three days and everyone had a great experience. We were able to sleep everyone comfortably and the hot tub was very popular after skiing all day. The shuttle worked very well. It was quick and easy and allowed the young adults to be independent. IBO World Championships Weekend

Gordon, We had a great time at your property. The facilities were everything that we needed for our stay, minus an archery range (can't expect everything). The hot tub was a nice addition for a number of our crew. We had plenty of space for everyone. Can't beat the hospitality, the attentiveness, the convenience and the size of this condo!

Two families, five nights, and perfect accommodations. We spend a lot of time at 7 Springs, and I can say hands down that you can't find a bigger condo at a better price with a more gracious host. Forget ski-in/out. The shuttle takes you wherever you need to go, it runs every 15 minutes, and it stops right outside the front door. The condo is huge and is laid out perfectly for a large group -- you can eat and hang out together, but can also retreat to a quiet room when you need to do so. Everything was exactly as described in the descriptions. Gordon (the owner) was quick to answer all of our questions in advance, gave an unintrusive call to make sure everything was to our liking after we arrived, provided a nice "welcome treat" for us to enjoy during our stay, and was professional every step of the way. We definitely will return!!
