Independent access on the raised ground floor by a small staircase. 1st floor: living room-kitchen lounge area, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed/4 single bunk beds), bathroom (shower). Balcony + private terrace. Small shared garden. Floor area 53 m² including attic areas. Public parking 50m away. Rentals from Sunday to Sunday only from mid-December to the end of April Superb renovated traditional farmhouse. Quiet residential area in the heart of the old village. Very close to the slopes and the resort center. South-facing slope. Very comfortable. Warm mountain character. Exposed balcony. Large shaded terrace. Beautiful view of the massif. Pleasant flower garden. Gite located 400m from the Champagny-en-Vanoise cable car (La Plagne/Domaine Paradiski connection, one of the largest ski areas in the world with 430km of slopes). 5km away, cross-country ski trails, snowshoe and pedestrian trails in Champagny-le-Haut, a listed natural site and preserved location in an exceptional setting (free shuttle on site in winter). Courchevel/3 Vallées 14km away (largest ski area in the world with 600km of slopes). Authentic village resort at the gateway to the Vanoise National Park. Walks and hikes from the cottage. 400m away, relaxation area (spa, sauna, hammam) and indoor swimming pool heated in summer and winter. Region with an important religious and baroque heritage.
