The chalet features 8 bedrooms, each with a walk-in closet, bathroom, and WC. With its fireplace, terrace, barbecue, highly functional kitchen with 2 dishwashers, and a beautiful range cooker with an annex, it can accommodate up to 19 guests.



In winter, you can enjoy the Paradiski ski area, one of the largest in the world. In spring, summer, and autumn, many sports activities are available: hiking, mountain biking, climbing, paragliding, horseback riding, and exploring the Vanoise National Park, renowned for its stunning scenery, wildlife, and flora.



The chalet is ideally located in the charming village of Champagny en Vanoise, just a 5-minute walk from the village center and ski slopes. It is also only a 15-minute drive from the 3 Vallées ski area. This new, well-equipped, and refined chalet will impress you with its elegance and sense of well-being. With its breathtaking mountain views, peaceful setting, and south-facing exposure, you can relax and enjoy the surrounding landscapes.



Open year-round, the chalet can also be combined with the two neighboring apartments to host groups of up to 28 people. A security deposit is required for access to the property and will be returned at the end of your stay.
