Very old fashioned property

Did not enjoy our stay very old fashioned property. Beds very uncomfortable and bedding unsuitable. Great shame as in nice setting with huge potential

Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances! La propriété offre un cadre agréable entre le hameau typique de Dordogne et la campagne qui l’englobe. Le propriétaire est très sympa et vous réserve pleins d’histoires et de bons plans! A faire !

Gîte à ne pas recommander

Charmante maison charentaise à l’image de son propriétaire… Vous entrée par la cuisine et vous plongez directement dans les années 70, mais vous êtes surtout imprégniez par des senteurs de renfermé et de l’ancien ! En poursuivant votre dédale vous arrivez dans le salon salle à manger et plongez dans le milieu du siècle dernier. La visite se poursuit dans une pièce qui desserre une salle d’eau équipée d’une cabine de douche presque moderne ! installée devant la fenêtre ! un WC et une première chambre hors d’âge ouvrant sur un champ ou les chevaux vous transmettent leurs effluves matinales. En enfilade une seconde chambre puis un salon, avec à l’étage 2 chambres impossible à aérer. De retour au rez-de-chaussée un couloir qui dessert une troisième chambre plus que dans son jus digne des films de Hitchcock ! Enfin une seconde salle d’eau WC et une seconde cuisine presque plus moderne que la première.. Un jardin qui pourrait être sympa ! Maniaque s’abstenir Nous avons commencés par aérer et nettoyer à minima ! Néanmoins une literie vieillissante mais confortable. Pas de wifi et la seule 4G sort de la seconde douche qui n’arrose que les environs. Un mémorable week-end que nous ne renouvellerons pas !

Belle propriété, mais pas adapté aux personnes handicapées, maison humide, pas de réseau, moi je suis tombé heureusement j'ai pas cassé m'a prothèse mais les genoux on trinquer pas d'internet,n'y de pharmacie au alentours un super U à 5km c'est tout si non le propriétaire est très sympa mais pour le reste nul,maison avec marche douche glissante j'ai achetée tapis repris bien sur ,le propriétaire a fait son max pour les mouches, et pour nous mais ça ne m'a pas plus cher pour ce que c'est ces mon avis .

Séjour au calme

Un gîte qui impressionne par sa taille et le nombre de pièces ! Les propriétaires sont adorables, à l'écoute et très disponibles, toujours prêts à rendre service. Notre 4 enfants ont adoré regarder les chevaux et ont bien profité des jeux mis à disposition (billard, babyfoot...). Nous recommandons ce gîte.

Séjour entre amis/famille

Gîte rural dans son jus. Tout est d’époque mais tout est fonctionnel. Nous étions 2 couples avec 4 enfants de 15 mois à 4 ans. Nous avons principalement profité de l’extérieur, terrain ombragé avec barbecue et salon de jardin et transats. La proximité des chevaux était un plus pour les enfants. Nous sommes allés nous baigner à la rivière avec eux. Le village de Villebois-Lavalette est tout à coté avec les commerces nécessaires et qui plus est, le village est charmant. A découvrir à pieds avec la visite du château. Bref un agréable séjour pour se retrouver entre amis/famille. Merci à Jean-Pierre pour ses renseignements et pour son aide.

Très belle semaine en famille

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans la maison de Jean-Pierre et son épouse. La maison rustique nous a directement fait penser à la maison de nos grands parents dans la région dans laquelle nous passions notre enfance il y a 20 ans. Nous avons énormément profité du jardin mi ombragé mi ensoleillé, sur les différents transats confortable, à table après un bon barbecue ou dans notre petite piscine gonflable que Jean-Pierre nous a aidé à gonfler et remplir avec l’eau de la citerne. Ou encore des baignades délicieuses dans la petite rivière à quelques centaines de mètres. Une semaine de bonheur clôturée par un extra petit pineau offert ;-) merci pour tout !

Une plongée dans l'authentique campagne du nord du Périgord

Gite "dans son jus" dans un charmant hameau. Accueil très agréable avec l'histoire de la maison et quelques provisions pour un petit dej. Parfait pour notre we familial. Merci pour les prunes!

Maison convivial mais trop de problèmes électriques durant le séjour. Au moins 6 coupures de courant en l'espace de 24h 4 pièces de chauffés sur 10 pièces durant notre séjour. 1 seul conteur pour 2 maisons ! Pas de réseaux ni wifi. Quelques manquement à la description tel que la table de ping pong et baby foot. Heureusement que l'on était entre amis d'enfance pour passer un bon séjour.
