## Logement Overlooking a 1300 m plot with views of the Mont Blanc range, this small chalet is located in the village of Les Bossons, below the Route Blanche and comprises : - two bedrooms with two single beds in each room ; - a bathroom with 2 basins, an Italian shower and a separate toilet; - a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, raclette machine, coffee machine, toaster, kettle); - a dining room (with table and chairs) ; - and a lounge area with two single beds for relaxing after a day's walking.
It is 70 square meters, has a terrace and can accommodate up to 6 people.
The following facilities are available: Parking, Trampoline, Washing machine, Tumble dryer, Wifi, Barbecue, Terrace and Heating. Please note that bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning charge.. There is a storage room for skis and bikes.
One of the chalet's strengths is its easy access by car and proximity to the town centre. It should be noted that it is located : - on the edge of a motorway but with a large garden and a magnificent view in the Bossons district ; - close to the white road that leads to the centre of Chamonix (can be noisy, but the environment is pleasant and bucolic).
