Great little apartment, with everything to hand. Ski slope almost on your doorstep and the skibus in-between. Welcome wine upon arrival- thank you. My only little suggestion would be to have salt in the apartment. Other than that. Very impressed.

Au royaume des cheveux et des poils !

Gros problème avec cet appartement car le ménage n'avait pas été effectué. Il y avait des cheveux, des poils dans tous les coins (canapé, escalier, table, coin cuisine, douche…) et même dans le four (accrochés à la plaque) et le four micro onde. Or, le ménage est facturé ! Et les mesures d'hygiène étaient soit disant renforcées… Nous avons relavé la vaisselle car il y avait des restes de nourriture collés sur la poêle et sur certains couverts ou assiettes. Le serviteur de rangement, pour les couverts, était rempli de poils, de miettes, de saletés… Dans les toilettes, la cuvette de la balayette contenait des restes d'excréments… Sous mon lit, il y a encore des plastiques qui traînaient… De nombreuses photo ont été prises pour étayer tout cela… La société a renvoyé le lendemain des personnes pour refaire le ménage pendant notre séjour. Quelques semaines plus tard, j'ai finalement obtenu le remboursement du ménage. Donc les gestionnaires ont reconnu leur erreur mais trouver un appartement dans un tel état, cela fait très mauvaise impression. Quant à la station, elle disait offrir des activités gratuites à ceux qui viendraient dans la vallée de Chamonix. En réalité, il ne restait rien et les offres étaient très limitées en nombre (pour 3, il n'y avait jamais..). Nous n'avons donc bénéficié de rien ! Beau séjour et paysages malgré les multiples déceptions !
