Maison des Praz is a modern four-bedroom chalet, perfectly positioned next to the new Flegère ski lift (3-minute walk), making it an ideal base to explore the Chamonix valley in winter or summer. Constructed in 2016 and refurbished in 2021, the chalet combines contemporary comfort with Alpine charm.
THE SPACE
The chalet is built over two floors with a bright open-plan living area featuring full-length windows and Mont Blanc views from the dining table.
The modern, fully equipped kitchen provides plenty of space for cooking, while the living area has sofas by the windows and a large flat-screen TV. French windows open onto the garden and lawn, with outdoor chairs and tables for summer dining.

I couldnt rate this property more highly. Great location and well equipped.
Shuttle bus stop just outside property, with a bakery, restaurants and a nice bar also only a couple minutes walk away.
Flegere ski lift is only 5 mins walk away.
Property has everything you could ask for.

amazing stay!
The condo was perfect! We had 8 people and there was plenty of room. Everything was just like it was listed. We could see Mont Blanc from several places in the condo. The neighborhood was great - there was a wonderful small grocery store right down the street and a bar across the street. It was in a quiet part of Chamonix which was nice. I would highly recommend!

Great place to stay
We (a family of six) spent a week at Maison de Praz. The property is well maintained, spacious and clean. The kitchen was well equipped and for us as a family, the downstairs open space worked very well. Location was tranquil and we could walk to the ski lifts and the bus stop. It's located in the little Praz village which was very cute. Highlights included the Epicerie with freshly baked organic bread, local ski shop was good and staff friendly and the after ski bar/cafe next to it great! Great and easy family stay! Recommended!

Flat ok. Lack of kitchen equipment. Very basic ( coffee machine, food mixer not working, ..) no big bowl for salad…Guests from next door hotel considering the patch of ground outside our terrace as a pets’ toilet…….Not very pleasant when staying with toddlers who would like to play in the snow….
