The first bedroom has a double bed with ensuite toilet and shower and door onto the balcony with views overlooking the lake. The second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has a single bed and if required a second single bed that can be pulled out also. There is a family bathroom with a toilet and walk-in shower. The apartment was recently renovated to a very high standard and its stylish furnishings help make this beautiful Chamonix apartment feel like home from home. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for your stay in Residence La Cordee including full-size oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, wine fridge and coffee machine. The dining table seats 6 -8 people so perfect if you have friends staying in another of the Cordee apartments. The cosy living area has plenty of comfortable seating on the sofa and armchairs, for gathering around the TV.

Beautiful Chamonix apartment

This apartment far exceeded our expectations. It is beautifully appointed, and has the most stunning view of the mountains. Sitting outside on the balcony is pure pleasure. The entire complex is clean modern with great facilities such as a swimming pool, gymnasium and climbing wall. Position is 20 minute walk from Central Charmonix in peaceful quiet gardens. That question one of the nicest places I have stayed and I will certainly come back another year

A wonderful, comfortable apartment for families

We had a most wonderful stay at La Cordee. The accommodation was very well designed, clean, comfortable and kept. We had comfortable beds, a great space to cook in the kitchen and enough comfortable seating for us to all hangout as a group in the living room. The complex also has wonderful spa and gym areas featuring a nice and hot sauce, great pool, indoor/outdoor play areas for children. A reasonable walk along the river to town, and quick access to bus routes to access the ski gondolas. The service of the booking team was also incredible and reliable. Thanks for a wonderful stay, we would love to return one day!

Like living in a painting

Never mind that the unit itself is comfortable, cozy, and well-appointed. And never mind that the facilities also offer family friendly activities from foosball to hot-tubbing to rock climbing. The view from this unit is absolutely breaktaking. We took time every day just to sit and appreciate where we were. Although this is in a complex, you really feel like you are in a quiet valley village far from other people. We would love to come back some day. This is our second time staying in Le Cordee.

Lovely & cosy appartement, corresponding to the pictures. Full equiped kitchen. Amazing view from balcon. Ski storage local : emplacement to store the ski boots not heated. Entrance of the building only accessible with a badge also during the day what I found a little inconvienient. Spa and swimming area clean and great. Babypool with warmer water missing. We went to the jakuzzi with the babies but there were only 4 spots so we had to wait our turn. During holiday season (only!) bus stop in front of the building which brings you to Flégère skilift station. Otherwise not far away at the main road you have the bus Nr 1 which brings you to Tour ski station and in the other direction to chamonix city center. I recommand to stay in this appartemment or residence La Cordée, it’s a very nice place.

Alpine dream

Our second stay with CAY. The staff are helpful and responsive. The apartment complex, La Cordee, is perfect for families. There is a pool, spa, gym, climbing room, games etc. to keep younger guests occupied when not skiing. Our apartment was very cosy and comfortable with lovely views of the mountains and lake from every window. We really enjoyed our stay. The only thing that could be improved is the mattress in the master bedroom which the staff said will be addressed. Would recommend!
