Central Apartment with Balcony & Mountain Views

Chamois 4 is a well designed, modern apartment, part of a redevelopment of a traditional Chamonix building. Redecorated and refurnished for winter 2024/25, the finish offers bright, fresh accommodation. The residence is a short 5-6 minute walk from the centre of town and is situated in an idyllic residential area where the neighbours grow their own vegetables and keep chickens. This second floor apartment provides excellent living space for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.

OUR OPINION

Guests love how bright and airy this apartment is. The large windows and sliding glass doors provide an excellent sense of space as well as taking full advantage of the surrounding mountain scenery. The balcony, which runs the full length of the property, is ideal for enjoying your morning coffee whilst taking in the Mont Blanc view or an evening aperitif in the sunshine. Each of Chamois 4’s bedrooms has its own shower room which is a rarity for two bedroom properties in Chamonix.



For larger groups we have another three apartments in the Chamois building accommodating a maximum of 19 people. These are Chamois 1, Chamois 2 and Chamois 3.
The apartment is heated and features a kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a furnished balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a flat-screen TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

We had a wonderful stay in this compact and well designed apartment. Great location with easy walking to everything, in a quiet neighborhood. We especially loved the kitchen and small porch which faced the mountains. Very clean apartment and comfortable beds. The kitchen had everything that we needed. Very responsive host to all questions.Possible concerns for future guests: no air conditioning and only one toilet for the apartment. Both bedrooms however have an attached shower/sink and the shower had nice water flow. We would stay in this apartment again.
